At Christianity Today Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your apparel and accessories. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you may return or exchange unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and securely package your items in their original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our fulfillment center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned fashion items, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
